The show follows two brothers, Sam and Dean, played by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, respectively, as they hunt demons, monsters, ghosts, and other supernatural beings. They’ve been raised by their father who taught them how to hunt and kill evil supernatural beings. Their father dies while trying to track down the demon that killed their mother and they decide to complete his mission.

Supernatural is a suspenseful, scary, and serious show with underlying themes of good versus evil, personal quests, friendship, brotherly love, and family bonds, all intermingled with ghosts, demons, and other dramatic dangers.
