CasinoHeadlines.com, a publisher from the iGaming industry, known for covering casino related news, guides and reviews, just got acquired for an undisclosed amount. The company behind the acquisition is Damage Media, an Estonian based publishing group. This is the second major acquisition by Damage this year, with PrinterHeadlines.com acquired earlier this year.

Acquisition Deadline Set for November 2021, Launch Date February 2022

The company announced that the new site will be transferred to their portfolio mid November, while a full launch is set for February next year. Several changes are in the pipeline, with Q4 and part of Q1 being reserved for dev work.

We reached out to the company spokesperson and confirmed that the providers for the redesign will be the following:

  1. WordPress will be the Content Management System of choice, it’s one of few CMS platforms that feature an extensive template system and unmatched plugin architecture.
  2. TagDiv will be the Theme provider, their NewsPaper Pro theme has been a proven asset to Damage in the past, and they will continue the partnership with the company to form the new version of CasinoHeadlines.com.
  3. Kinsta will be the hosting provider, a managed package will support the whole setup.

“We have been working with both Kinsta and TagDiv for several years now, with PrinterHeadlines.com being the latest project between us three. Both companies are doing an amazing job at making the Webmaster experience more enjoyable, and we are expecting to deliver the same with CasinoHeadlines.com” – a spokesman of the company stated

Hiring Process Started

Damage Media Group also announced that they will form a completely new team to head CasinoHeadlines.com, with several positions already being opened.

Editor in Chief is the first one, where the person in charge will lead the team and form the quarter content plans, after which we have the Editorial Assistant that will support the content plans, as well as a Graphic Designer who will be in charge of the image assets, ranging from blog featured images up to banners and social media assets.
