I found the Apple iPhone Max a revamped flagship phone in many meaningful ways. The powerful Camera, long battery life, and always-on display made it a smart buy for me. My Deep Purple colored iPhone 14 Pro Max is a joy to use, especially because of its Dynamic Island display notifications as well as live activities.

The overall look of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is alluring with a matte glass back that is also removable. I also had the silver, gold, and space black color options. I feel the deep purple color of the iPhone makes it look more luxurious and royal. Purple always attracts people who value power and luxury. The polished steel sides of the iPhone14 Pro Max adds to this smartphone’s charm.

Compared to the iPhone 16 Pro Max launched recently, the iPhone 14 Pro Max made a better choice for me for the following reasons:

The iPhone even has a 12MP ultrawide camera while iPhone 16 Pro Max has a 48MP ultrawide camera. I anyway enjoy clicking pleasing selfies and family pictures on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
• Dynamic Island: The Dynamic Island display notifications on the iPhone 14 Max Pro have replaced the notch on the top. The small area now helps users like me get alerts and live activities seamlessly. 
• Battery Life: I enjoy an extra long battery life on my iPhone 14 Pro max. The A16 bionic chip on this Apple iPhone makes it a benchmark option available for iOS enthusiasts like me.

• Thick And Heavy: I don’t feel the heaviness and thickness of the iPhone 14 Pro Max will make it an inconvenient option for people who prefer shopping for smaller phones. This iPhone weighs 240gr while the iPhone 16 Pro Max weighs 227gr. The most affordable iPhone option after iPhone 14 Pro Max for shoppers would be the iPhone 14.

Apple did not disappoint me in terms of battery life either. Features like the always-on display along with the Action mode for video makes this iPhone a compelling option. I found the iPhone 16 Pro Max a bit high priced but you won’t have second thoughts with the iPhone 14 Pro Max, believe me.
