All the big companies that deal with AI and machine learning technologies have released improved versions of their models. Microsoft announced Windows Recall, which uses the Windows Copilot runtime to track a timeline of the events happening on the pc, giving Copilot a kind of “memory”.

The other AI companies were busy as well. OpenAi has made GPT-4o free with a daily limit.

There have been improvements to already existing models such as Gemini and Llama. And there have appeared a couple of new AIs such as Claude, and the very recent Flux AI.

First Neuralink Patient

However, there were some things that neither Neuralink nor the patient expected. Namely, a couple of weeks after the procedure some of the electrodes have been pulled out from his brain. This has not been seen in animal trials. This has led to the loss of fine control, but luckily for Arbaugh after making adjustments in the software, and two weeks of recalibration, his control greatly improved.
