This affects people who are working in a professional office setting and have experienced a shift in the working environment. 

It also affects people who are motivated by others but do not get the same kind of drive to work from home. Their mental health is also impacted because of work burden, thus affecting their private life.   • You should draw a clear boundary between the work hours and the hours you will spend with your family. You should clearly mention the working hours that are comfortable for you, which also balances with the company requirements.
  • it is important not to over commit to any of the work , if it is beyond your capacity. you should be able to say no , if you assess that you will not be able to complete a work in the stipulated time.
  • Delegation of tasks is important to ensure timely work completion. You should ensure that the delegated tasks are being completed on time.
  • You can take the assistance of the advanced technology ,if it can assist you in completing the work in less period of time. This will ensure timely completion and peace of mind.
